San Antonio Elite is committed to transparency and fairness in all client relationships. Please read this Refund Policy carefully purchasing or enrolling in our services.

**7-Day Free Trial**  
We offer a 7-day free trial for eligible services to allow clients to evaluate our offerings before committing to a paid plan.

**During the Free Trial:**  
- You will have access to trial-level services as outlined at signup.  
- You may cancel at any time within 7-day period at no cost.  
- No charges will be applied if cancellation occurs before the trial ends.  
- is the client’s responsibility to cancel prior to the end of the trial period.  

**Automatic Billing After Trial**  
At conclusion of the 7-day free trial:  
- Your selected will automatically convert to a paid subscription.  
- Your method on file will be charged.  
- Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of this charge.  

No Refund Policy**  
Once the free trial period has ended and charge has been processed:  
- All payments are final.  
- No refunds will be issued any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:  
- Dissatisfaction with results  
  - Partial use of services  
  - Failure to before the trial ends  
  - Changes in business direction or budget  
  Platform or algorithm changes  
  - Account suspensions or-party issues  

**Subscription Cancellation**  
You may cancel your subscription at any time after billing to prevent future charges.  
- Cancellation does result in a refund for the current billing period.  
- Services will continue until the of the paid billing cycle.  

**Chargebacks & Payment Disputes**  
Initiating chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting San Antonio Elite Marketing may result in:  
- Immediate service termination  
- Suspension of access to all deliverables  
- Permanent refusal of future services  

We encourage clients contact us directly to resolve any billing questions.  

**Exceptional Circstances**  
San Antonio Elite Marketing reserves the, at its sole discretion, to consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Any exception does establish precedent or obligation for future refunds.
